Mitsubishi has introduced a new compact crossover called the Xforce in Indonesia. While the exterior design was revealed earlier, the full interior details have now been unveiled. The Mitsubishi Xforce boasts several tech features and practical storage solutions.

Inside the cabin, the Xforce offers a 12.3-inch infotainment display and an 8.0-inch digital instrument cluster. Notably, the dashboard features melange fabric padding, a first for Mitsubishi. The crossover also features an eight-speaker Dynamic Sound Yamaha Premium audio system with tweeters, woofers, and multiple sound types. Smartphone connectivity with WebLink allows applications to be projected onto the larger screen, which is divided into three sections. USB Type-A and Type-C ports, along with a front wireless charger, cater to passenger device needs.

The Xforce prioritizes storage space, boasting ample room to hide 21 plastic bottles in various door trims, cubbies, and the floor console. A console box with a drink cooler adds to the convenience. The rear of the Xforce features height-adjustable cargo space and 40:20:40 split-folding rear seats to increase storage capacity.

Under the hood, the Xforce is equipped with a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 103 horsepower and 103 pound-feet of torque, mated to a continuously variable transmission. While front-wheel drive is the standard configuration, the crossover offers up to 8.7 inches of ground clearance with 18-inch wheels and includes drive modes for various conditions, such as Gravel, Mud, and Wet.

In terms of dimensions, the Xforce measures 172.8 inches in length, 71.2 inches in width, and 65.3 inches in height, with a wheelbase of 104.3 inches. The design showcases Mitsubishi’s Dynamic Shield front face, featuring T-shaped headlights and LED taillights.

The Mitsubishi Xforce will debut in Indonesia before launching in other markets, including South Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. Pricing starts at 382,500,000 Indonesian rupiah ($25,137 at the current exchange rate). However, the Xforce is not expected to be offered in the US market.
